Philippines to deport American pedophile Feb 13th 2013, 02:15 MANILA, Philippines--The Bureau of Immigration is deporting  a convicted American pedophile. Earl Lynn Bagley, 60, was arrested on February 4 at the Robinsons Mall in Ermita, Manila, Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David said Wednesday. David said Bagley is the subject of an arrest warrant issued in November by a US district court in Washington following his failure to update his registration as a sex offender. "We will thus deport him not only for being an undesirable alien but also because he is already overstaying and undocumented," David said. Bagley's passport was revoked by the US State Department and he failed to extend his tourist visa since he last arrived ...
