Grant Community School to host K-12 chess tournament Feb 23rd 2013, 02:34 Grant Community School to host K-12 chess tournament Feb 21, 2013 Grant Community School will host the 2013 Grizzly Classic Chess Tournament for K-12 students 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 2. Registration is $15 per child or teen at http://oscf.org/online-registration. The tournament is an Oregon Scholastic Chess Federation Championship Qualifier. The Northwest Scholastic Rating System will be used, along with the United States Chess Federation rating system will be used for the upper-level players.
