Man 'hacks wife with cleaver' as nearby firemen rush to the rescue Feb 25th 2013, 05:15 A crazed man hacked his wife in the head with a meat cleaver as he dragged her down Canal Street (main image, showing wife in pink top) as firefighters who saw what was happening leapt in to her rescue and pinned the husband down (inset picture).
