The Glenco Tournament 2013 is taking place on 1st-5th May at the Ældrecentret, Jyllandsgade 8B, DK-7000 in Fredericia, Denmark.

It is a single round robin event with 10 participants. The time control is 2 hours for the first 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game.

This event provides the players the chance to get IM norms. The score needed to get the norm is 5.5/9. Five players are fighting to get a norm.

After 5 rounds, rating favorite GM Milos Pavlovic is dominating the field with a perfect score. His closest follower, Danish IM Silas Esben Lund is 1.5 points behind.

FM Jakob Aabling-Thomsen is the player closest to get the coveted IM norm. He has 3 points and needs to score 2.5/4 in the remaining rounds to get it.
