MANILA, Philippines — Philippine tourism officials said they stand to lose $4.5 million monthly in canceled bookings and charter flights from Taiwan as a result of a diplomatic row over the killing of a Taiwanese fisherman. Most of the cancelations have hit the popular beach resort of Boracay in the central Philippines, where Taiwanese visitors are the second largest group after South Koreans. In 2012, more than 90,000 Taiwanese visited the island.
