MANILA, Philippines—Former Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) chair Efraim Genuino posted bail on Friday for 39 counts of graft and malversation filed by the Ombudsman against him and six other former Pagcor executives. Genuino posted bail totaling P1.71 million for 19 counts of violation of Republic Act No. 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act, and 20 counts of malversation. The Sandiganbayan had set bail at P30,000 for each count of graft and P60,000 for each count of malversation for all the accused.
