MANILA, Philippines – Parts of Luzon and Mindanao will experience rains and cloudy skies due to a diffused tail-end of a cold front and intertropical convergence zone [ITCZ] on Monday, the state weather bureau said. The Regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Mimaropa, Soccsksargen, Zamboanga Peninsula and the Provinces of Aurora and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its morning bulletin.
