MANILA, Philippines -- Janet Lim-Napoles' vital signs are "normal", a spokesman for the Philippine National Police said Wednesday. Police Senior Superintendent Reuben Theodore Sindac issued the statement after Napoles recorded high blood pressure and low blood sugar levels over the last two days folllowing her detention at the Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna Sunday. Sindac said that Napoles' blood pressure shot up to as high as 200/130 while her blood sugar dropped to as low as 40 mg/dl.
