MANILA, Philippines—INQUIRER.net readers do not agree with the Social Security System (SSS) chief, who believes that the granting of huge bonuses to its members was "moral."   About 94 percent disagreed to the INQUIRER.net poll question, "The president and CEO of SSS believes giving hefty bonuses to its board members is moral.
