Grenade found inside LTFRB office in Quezon City Nov 4th 2013, 03:04 MANILA, Philippines – A grenade was allegedly found inside the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) office in Quezon City, just few minutes after workers were given clearance by the bomb squad to return to their offices.   A report from Radyo Inqurier 990AM said a janitor identified only as Jomar saw a hand grenade wrapped in tape inside the men's comfort room located at the third floor of the building.   The report came after LTFRB Chairman Winston Ginez said they were given clearance by the bomb squad to return to their offices.   They were instructed, however, to report to authorities any suspicious package they might se...
