Millions of workers should be tested for drugs: Met police chief declares war on substance abuse Jan 30th 2013, 05:17 Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Bernard Hogan-Howe has suggested anyone who fails a drugs test and refuses help to get clean should lose their job. He said testing (top) in the workplace (below) could take place in 'all occupations' but cited in particular teachers, intensive care nurses and transport staff.
