Tanzanian hip hop singer Witness Mwaijaga addresses youth at the U.S. Embassy in Dar es Salaam on January 3, 2012.

On January 3, Tanzanian hip hop singer introduced the 85 minute John Edmonds documentary film "How to Write a Business Plan" to over 20 Tanzanian youth. The screening was followed by a 30-minute presentation on her experiences as a Tanzanian entrepreneur to inspire others to pursue similar goals. The program highlighted the leadership of alumni like Witness Mwaijaga, whose contributions promote development and empower other youth in their country and communities. She also underscored the importance of promoting women's empowerment and entrepreneurship for economic development, and the values of hard work, self confidence, and perseverance in the pursuit of achieving dreams and goals. — Hip Hop Artist Promotes Women's Empowerment and Entrepreneurship
