19 areas under signal number 1 Feb 19th 2013, 04:40 MANILA, Philippines—Nineteen areas were put under Signal No. 1 as tropical depression "Crising" moved closer to the southern tip of Davao del Sur Tuesday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. In its latest weather update, Pagasa said the areas under Signal No. 1 are the following: 1. Davao del Norte, 2. Davao del Sur, 3. Samal Island, 4. Davao Oriental, 5.
