2 dead, 120,000 affected by 'Crising' Feb 21st 2013, 03:11 MANILA, Philippines—Two people died while about 120,000 have been affected by Tropical Depression "Crising" which continues to move west northwest closer to Southern Palawan Thursday.   The latest victim, Erwin Campana, 43, from Barangay (Village) Camansi, Montevista, Compostela Valley, drowned after being swept away by strong currents while attempting to cross a river, according to the latest report of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).   The first casualty, identified as Francisco Digaynon from Barangay (Andap), New Bataan, Compostela Valley, also died while trying to cross a swollen river.   Four people from...
