MANILA, Philippines—The leadership of Pampanga Agricultural College or PAC was elated for the speedy deliberation at the House of Representatives of the bill that would elevate the state college's status into a university. During their guesting on Radyo INQUIRER 990 AM's "Isyu Ng Bayan" last Sunday, PAC president Honorio M. Soriano Jr. said there will be major changes in the school once it becomes a state university.
