MANILA, Philippines – Informal settlers living along Agham Road in Quezon City barricaded early Monday in anticipation of possible demolition, police said.   Superintended Pedro Sanchez, Quezon City Police District-Station 2 commander, said roughly 50 residents set up their barricades past 8 a.m.   A radio report said police officers tried to put down the barricades, but failed to do so.
