MANILA, Philippines -- A low pressure area (LPA) on its way out of the Philippine area of responsibility will continue to bring rains in the country, the state weather bureau said Tuesday. The LPA was last seen 230 kilometers west of Ambulong, Batangas, and was embedded along the intertropical convergence zone affecting the whole country, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
