CALAMBA CITY—The police official who was killed with alleged illegal gambling lord Victor "Vic" Siman in Atimonan, Quezon, on Jan. 6 was under prosecution for murder, according to the records of the National Bureau of Investigation. Supt. Alfredo Consemino was charged with frustrated murder and for being an accessory to two other murder cases in a case filed in the Regional Trial Court in San Pablo City, Laguna, in July 1993.
