NBI: Slain PNP officer faced murder raps Jan 24th 2013, 20:58 CALAMBA CITY—The police official who was killed with alleged illegal gambling lord Victor "Vic" Siman in Atimonan, Quezon, on Jan. 6 was under prosecution for murder, according to the records of the National Bureau of Investigation.   Supt. Alfredo Consemino was charged with frustrated murder and for being an accessory to two other murder cases in a case filed in the Regional Trial Court in San Pablo City, Laguna, in July 1993.   NBI records also showed that four others killed along with Siman and Consemino—Leonardo Marasigan, Victor Gonzales, Maximo Pelayo and Victorino Siman Atienza—had a string of criminal cases from 1976 to 2007.   Marasigan...
