MANILA, Philippines -- Eastern Visayas will continue to experience moderate to heavy rains and was alerted against flashfloods and landslides due to a diffused tail-end of a cold front, the state weather bureau said Friday. "Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with moderate to heavy rainshowers and thunderstorms which may trigger flashfloods and landslides," the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
