Probe shows shots fired during Cotabato bombing Aug 24th 2013, 21:29 COTABATO CITY, Philippines—The police investigation into the powerful explosion that killed eight people and wounded more than three dozen here on Aug. 5 took a surprise twist when probers discovered that aside from shrapnel injuries, one of the victims also had a gunshot wound.   Senior Supt.
