MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) announced Monday that passport appointments for the day in Manila were postponed. "All those who have appointments in getting their passport today may come back at the Manila office any time during the week up to Friday," DFA said in a statement. "They will only need to show their proof of appointment for this day," it said.
