MANILA, Philippines – Heavy to intense rainfall was seen in Metro Manila and nearby provinces as the state weather bureau issued an orange alert Monday morning.   Heavy to at times intense rainfall is affecting Metro Manila, Zambales, and Bataan and most likely to continue for the next three hours, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said at 5:45a.m.   Moderate to heavy rains affecting Rizal, Bulacan, Pampanga and portions of Laguna, Quezon, Cavite, and Occidental Mindoro might also persist within three hours.   Pagasa also warned of floods in these areas.   A storm-enhanced southwest monsoon is...
