Kristen Stewart in crutches Feb 25th 2013, 04:24 MANILA, Philippines—"Twilight" actress Kristen Stewart was photographed by Philippine Daily Inquirer Entertainment columnist Ruben Nepales wearing crutches when she arrived Sunday (Monday in Manila) for the 85th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Awards.   Stewart, however, posed for photo-ops without them as shown by Nepales' second photo uploaded in his Twitter account @nepalesruben and at @InqEnt.   Stewart is one of the presenters in the ongoing Oscar Awards.
