MANILA, Philippines – A 5.7 magnitude earthquake hit North Cotabato anew early Monday, two days after it jolted many parts of Mindanao. The tectonic quake was recorded at 4:08 a.m., with an epicenter 17 kilometers northwest of Carmen, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. The quake had a depth of 3 kilometers.
