SAN FRANCISCO--Supporters of a young Filipino mother who is married to an active duty U.S. Army soldier protested Wednesday in front of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement offices in an effort to stop her "voluntary" deportation.    Karla Gaerlan, an undocumented 28-year-old Filipino immigrant, faces deportation at 4:25 p.m. on Sunday, June 16, Father's Day.
