Tiger Airways still in the red as of Q1 Jun 2nd 2013, 22:34 MANILA, Philippines—Singapore's Tiger Airways posted an operating profit for the second quarter in a row for the period ending March 31, although operations in the Philippines are still in the red despite efforts to expand.   The company, which operates in the Philippines with partner Southeast Asian Airlines (SEAir), said it would work on expanding its flight network and increasing payment channels to gain traction in the local market.   "In the financial year ahead, the Group expects to continue its focus on strengthening its operating cash flows and improving its financial position," Tiger Airways said in a recent statement.   "New capaci...
