2 suspected salvage victims found in QC Oct 11th 2013, 02:23 MANILA, Philippines--Two bodies, believed to have been victims of summary execution were found stuffed inside garbage bags in Quezon City before dawn Friday. A scavenger discovered the bodies stuffed inside a garbage bag near the flyover along Aurora Boulevard in Cubao, Quezon City around 1 a.m., Police Officer 3 Ericsson Isidro of QCPD's Criminal investigation and Detection Unit said. Isidro said the bodies of two still unidentified naked men have several stab wounds in their chests and had ligature marks around their necks, indicating they were strangled.
