MANILA, Philippines—A female police officer on Thursday was found dead inside the Philippine National Police's Crime Laboratory in Camp Crame, Quezon City, Radyo Inquirer 990AM said. The radio report said she was suspected to have committed suicide.   Chief Superintendent Liza Sabong, director of the PNP crime lab, confirmed the incident but declined to comment on the cause of the policewoman's death or whether she committed a suicide since an investigation by the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) was ongoing.   Sabong, however, said a firearm was found beside the body of the policewoman, whose identity was not disclosed.  ...
