Cooler weather expected in N. Luzon as 'Amihan' continues to affect region–Pagasa Oct 25th 2013, 00:32 MANILA, Philippines -- The regions of Ilocos, Cordillera and Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains as the northeast monsoon or "hanging amihan" continued to affect Northern Luzon, the state weather bureau said Friday.   Temperatures also started to drop due to Amihan. In Baguio, a temperature of 14 degrees Celsius was recorded on Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.   In Metro Manila, lowest temperature was recorded at 23.5 degrees Celsius at 6 a.m. on Thursday.   Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao and Caraga will have cloudy skies with ligh...
