Dumaguete cancels classes due to earthquake Oct 15th 2013, 01:51 MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) on Tuesday announced over Twitter the suspension of classes in Dumaguete City until the next day, following a 7.2 magnitude earthquake felt in Visayas.
