MANILA, Philippines—Expect long queues and train delays in the Light Rail Transit (LRT) line 1 today, said an LRT Authority (LRTA) official Thursday. LRTA spokesperson Hernando Cabrera said the problem was caused by "power system tripping"  which occurred at the LRT Line 1. He said on Twitter that out of 28 trains, only 17 were operational.
