49 instructors, training officers recalled from PNPA Oct 3rd 2013, 00:32 MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine National Police (PNP) has recalled all police personnel assigned as instructors and training officers of the PNP Academy (PNPA), virtually crippling the operations of the primary source of senior police officers of the PNP.   PNP Director General Alan Purisima terminated the designation of 19 police commissioned officers and 30 police non-commissioned officers to the Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) effective Sept. 27, PNP spokesperson Senior Supt.
