Aquino orders DOJ to file raps vs Marantan over Quezon shooting Mar 6th 2013, 05:51 MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang on Wednesday said President Benigno Aquino III has accepted the investigation report into the Quezon shooting concluding that it was a rubout. "After a thorough review of the NBI Executive Report on the incident in Atimonan, Quezon, the President has accepted its findings in full," a Palace statement said.
