Court gags Kris Aquino, James Yap on custody fight over son Mar 22nd 2013, 04:01 MANILA, Philippines -- A gag order has been issued by a local court against actress-host Kris Aquino and ex-husband James Yap, refraining them from commenting further on their fight for custody of their son. Judge Liza Marie Picardal-Tecson of the Makati regional trial court Branch 144 issued the ruling Friday during its hearing on the hold departure order filed by Yap against Aquino and their son Bimby who were scheduled to leave the country for a vacation.
