Filipino Muslims, leftwing groups condemn Aquino 'mishandling' of Sabah issue Mar 6th 2013, 03:26 MANILA, Philippines—Filipino Muslims and members of leftwing groups staged a protest rally in Mendiola in Manila to assert the rightful claim of the Philippines over Sabah and condemn governments "mishandling" of the issue. Members of Migrante, Gabriela, Bagong Alyansang Makabayan, Kabataan, and Kadamay trooped to Mendiola around 10:30 a.m., with Muslim women dressed in Abaya and Hijab as front liners.
