MANILA, Philippines---The Bureau of Immigration has issued a lookout order against the president and five borrowers of the closed LBC Development Bank in connection with the P229.5 million syndicated estafa complaint filed by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) before the Department of Justice (DoJ). Immigration Spokesperson and Intelligence Officer Ma. Antonette Mangrobang confirmed that the order was issued against bank President Ma. Eliza G. Berenguer and borrowers Benito Ramon V. Araneta, Ma.
