VP Binay to miss UNA rally in Baguio for Vatican trip Mar 17th 2013, 02:30 BAGUIO CITY, Philippines -- Vice President Jejomar Binay will not be able to make it to the United Nationalist Alliance's (UNA) rally at the Baguio Convention Center Sunday night after all. UNA campaign manager and Navotas Representative Toby Tiangco told reporters in a text message that Binay will not be endorsing their senatorial bets personally at the sortie. "I don't think VP can make it tonight, he was sent by the President to Rome. And it is clear to us that the performance of his duties is always the priority," he said.
