MANILA, Philippines – Full operations of the Metro Rail Transit resumed Monday morning after a 20-minute suspension due to an "anomaly" detected along its southbound lane, an MRT official said Monday.   Renato San Jose, MRT director for Operations, said its Automatic Train Protection System detected an "anomaly" at the railway of Kamuning station around 5:40 a.m., which caused a roughly 20-minute suspension of operations.   Full operations resumed around 6 a.m. after corrective maintenance work was conducted, he said.   Asked what causes the seemingly frequent maintenance in MRT, San Jose said it was because of overloading.   "K...
