MANILA, Philippines—Detained Janet Lim-Napoles, the alleged mastermind of the P10-billion pork barrel scam, is likely to appear at the Senate blue ribbon committee on Thursday, as the committee's chairman, Sen. Teofisto Guingona III, said the hearing on the alleged scam will push through as scheduled.
