Liberal Party tightens grip on power in Caraga Region May 15th 2013, 23:58 BUTUAN CITY, Agusan del Norte, Philippines—Caraga Region's political dynasties, many of them allied with the Liberal Party (LP) of President Benigno Aquino III, have retained their grip on power.   In Agusan del Norte, the Amantes have an easy ride with two clan members— Governor-elect Ma.
