Boy missing after strolling at Loyola Memorial Park Nov 1st 2013, 09:18 MANILA, Philippines—A boy vendor went missing Thursday night after he was last seen strolling with his friends in Loyola Memorial Park in Marikina City, authorities said.   The boy, about  10 to 12 years old, has not yet been seen by his relatives since he loitered at around 10 p.m. Thursday, wearing blue shirt and green jogging pants.   Marikina City Social Welfare and Development Office's Lost and Found section Chona Juatas told INQUIRER.net that the boy's uncle only reported the incident this morning.   The boy was selling "rolling lights," inside the cemetery, his relatives said.   No departed members of the boy's family are la...
