MANILA, Philippines—The Supreme Court will hold on Monday a memorial for former Chief Justice Andres Narvasa, who died on Oct. 31 at the age of 84. Court spokesman Theodore Te said Narvasa's cremated remains will be at the session hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. "A short program to remember him and celebrate his life and service to the Supreme Court will be held at noon," Te announced on Twitter.
